CONFINEMENT PROCEDURE:
The Comedy's cell consists of a large containment room containing a stage, curtain, and several chairs, as was requested before the onset of Incident C. Removal of the items has triggered violence, so it's best to leave them be in there, save for replacements when replacing splintered wood and the like. The Comedy consumes regular rations of common household paint of any kind, mixed with standard humanoid rations. If The Comedy is amicable, as it usually is, an extra tube of paint can be provided as "dessert." Oddly, the subject claims that every color has a "flavor", and prefers dark brown over all other colors, since, quote, "IT'S THE SWEETEST!~". If The Comedy is belligerent, rations can be withheld for 3 24hr cycle days without detriment. However, the size of said subject is dependent on the amount of calories it consumes, so it must be closely monitored so it does not get too large or small. This is because when The Comedy uses its unusually sticky "paint" to well, paint, it loses equivalent mass. The Comedy is to be provided with regular refills of paper, canvas, and rarely clay/stone, to create works of "art" as it pleases. Dr. Lovely must approve any testing, but researchers are free to view The Comedy's "shows" via the surveillance cams most times it performs. Though we must admit, these days... There isn't much to see.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
The Comedy is an amorphous blob of black paint with a Comedy mask serving as its "face". It is shattered around the left eyehole (See Incident C.), although the pieces "float" on the surface of the paint in the same rough area of the face they originally were. It does not remember any of its previous life, so it takes on the persona of "THE GREATEST ACTOR THE WORLD HAS EVER KNOWN!~" and eagerly performs on its stage for willing researchers. When not performing, it busies itself making "art", giggling madly at indistinguishable black blobs of paint it slathers madly on paper and canvas. It is thought that the creature thinks it's painting in other colors, as it did before Incident C, but the more likely reason can be attributed to its mental state. The subject has a constant cheery, near-manic disposition. It speaks clear, slightly accented English, occasionally taking to speaking in rhymes and iambic pentameter for short periods. Rarely, under duress, a stony, marblelike hand or leg matching the composition of its mask, can emerge from the blob, but either crumble to dust, or are withdrawn back into the mass within seconds.
INCIDENTS:

INCIDENT A:
Subject attempted escape via liquefication of form by traveling through an air duct, breaching confinement into the compound proper. The subject was unable to leave the premises after being discovered mid-shapeshift and cornered. He was administered an electric shock using a standard-issue tazer. The subject was reconfined without further incident.

INCIDENT B:
Subject took on the form of Mr. Amadeus Midnight, head of the Technology Department of Moonsetter Industries, in an attempt to escape. He was able to slip past all of the security agents he encountered and most of the scientists working that day, save for one. He was intercepted by Dr. Lovely, fought, and lost. The subject was reconfined without further incident.

INCIDENT C:
Subject asked for an audience with Mr. Midnight, which was granted by Mr. Midnight himself, albeit with himself and a supervising Dr. Lovely behind glass. The subject was reportedly distressed and unhappy, pleading to be let out of confinement. Midnight refused on the grounds of Moonsetter Industries medically caring for the subject and his condition. The Subject then proceeded to smash his face against the wall, cracking it, becoming The Comedy. The Comedy then proceeded to attempt another breach, its new form catching all present off guard. The Comedy got as far as the fence before seemingly "running out of steam" and collapsing on the ground, making quote "quiet sobbing noises".

The Comedy's confinement procedures have been updated since this incident, as is reflected in much of the article. Previous procedures are on file, and can be accessed at request to Dr. Lovely, but only if it is pertinent to a current test. The subject can no longer shift from its current form, a sticky, more tar-like composition to its paint, and the distinctive cracks and shards of its mask. It also seems unable to feel anything but manic happiness.
